Myths about pornography:

  1. It is normal, it does not harm anyone, everyone is doing it.
  2. You can WILL yourself to stop.
  3. Those who use porn are sexual deviants.
  4. It will take years to stop if you can at all.

Truths if you are committed to Our Therapy:

  1. In 2- 12 months, you will not even want to use porn again.
  2. If you are willing to do the EMOTIONAL work, we will be successful.
  3. You will be a happier person and be able to have satisfying and healthy relationships.
  4. I welcome and can accommodate any Spiritual Belief or none at all.

Compulsive Behaviors can be Spending, Shop Lifting, Eating for Comfort, Gambling, Shopping, Exercise, Watching TV, Internet use, Raging, Angry all the Time, and many others.
